I strongly recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery. Please retain Proof of Posting from your shipper as I cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach me.

If an item is faulty or I have delivered the wrong thing, I will refund the return postage.

I aim to process returns within 48 hrs of receipt but this time may be longer during busy periods. Refunds will be re-credited via Paypal to the credit / debit card used to pay for the order usually within 3-5 working days of our acceptance and processing of the returned goods. Please note that some banks may take up to 30 days to re-credit the amount.
